Chef's Team
Effective communication is the foundation of good teamwork. Staff members should be able to communicate clearly with each other, both verbally and non-verbally. This includes communicating customer orders to the kitchen staff, coordinating with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and providing updates on order status and special requests.
Our achievement
Consider implementing an “Employee of the Month” program. Each month, select one outstanding team member based on criteria such as exceptional service, teamwork, or going above and beyond their responsibilities. Offer a certificate, a small trophy, or a gift card as a reward.
